• If a Referral Associate purchases or sells a primary residence, the Referral Associate will receive a percentage of the total referral fee received by PenFed Realty Referral Company, LLC.

• Such personal referrals must be registered with the referral coordinator in the same manner as other referral leads, as outlined in this packet.

• Referral agents will be paid at 75% on their primary residence.

 

• This applies to one transaction of a primary residence within the 12-month fiscal period.
